1.准备的原料。

2.生蚝剖开,再用小点的尖刀将蚝肉从壳上取下。

3.生蚝外壳清洗刷干净。

4.蚝肉冲洗干净。

5.蒜头去皮剁成末。

6.蒜末加入少许的食用油调匀。

7.蚝肉填会壳里,再放烤网上。

8.再在表面铺上一层蒜末。

9.烤箱190度预热,放入生蚝,中层烤制10分钟。

1.生蚝要处理干净。外壳要用刷子刷干净。
